The Fell Room is a large Double/Twin  with a Private Bathroom. The charge is £90 per room per night, based on 2 persons sharing and £75 for 1 person.(Not available for 2019/20 season)

The Fell Room can be used in conjunction with our single room  sharing a private luxury bathroom. The total charge for this is £130 per night.(Not available for 2019/20 season)

The Bay Room is a standard sized Double/Twin with an ensuite shower room.

The charge for this room is £85 per night, based on 2 persons sharing and £70 for 1 person.

I night stays available up to 18th. April, 2 nights minimum stay from May to the end of October.

Terms and Conditions

• A Deposit equivalent to the 1st night of your booking is payable at the time of booking. This is non refundable, but may be carried over to an alternative reservation if required. Deposits may be paid by credit/ debit card over the telephone, direct bank transfer or cheque . Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
• The final bill can be settled by cash , credit /debit card, during your stay.Payment by cheque to be sent 1 week prior to arrival.
• Cancellations – should you need to cancel within 48 hours of arrival you will be liable to 100% of the total bill. If you cancel within 28 days of your arrival you will be liable to pay 75% of the total. If we are able to re let the room, you will not be charged. Please bear in mind that if you cancel your booking, this represents 50% of our income. Therefore, we recommend you have travel insurance.
• Your room will be available from 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and we would ask you to check out by 11.00am on your day of departure.You may, by arrangement, leave luggage at the house.
• I would respectfully remind guests, our guest rooms are on the first floor, so bear this in mind if you have mobility problems.
• We regret we are unable to cater for very young children, but well supervised children, over the age of 8 may be accommodated by prior agreement.
• We are a non smoking household but you may smoke in the garden.
• Please be aware we have 2 cats living in the house, so if you are allergic, or phobic it is best you don’t book.
• We are unable to take dogs including service dogs for the above reason.
