This is your route assuming you’re travelling from the Douglas Sea Terminal.
Take the Coast Road travelling north via Onchan Head in the direction of Laxey. After taking the tight curving right hand bend at Groudle (tram tracks to your left), the road will straighten out for just over a mile. You will then cross the tram tracks coming to a junction, take the right hand turn to Baldrine. You will cross the tram tracks again after a few yards.
After about another half mile you reach the 30 mph signs as you enter Baldrine, to your right you will see the green Millennium Clock, and from there the road dips quite steeply. About half way down the dip to your right you will see the first turning by a white cottage, this marks the turn into Clay Head Road, which is sign posted.
Continue up Clay Head Road, it climbs quite steeply and is single track with a few passing places. You will reach a fork in the road by the Dolphin House (on your left) ignore the left hand fork and continue up the hill.
After a few yards you will see the gated entrance to the house called The Lhurgy, the road sweeps round to the right, Crag Lea is immediately after the bend on the left.
